How do I cancel my subscription?

Please follow the procedure by clicking the 'Cancel' button next to your current plan on this page by the day before the renewal date.

If you do not proceed with the cancellation, the plan will be automatically renewed.
(Note) Please note that we do not accept cancellations or refunds due to customer convenience, regardless of usage, due to the nature of the product and according to the terms of use you agreed to.

Also, the cancellation procedure does not stop immediately. It will stop the next renewal, so you can continue to use the service as usual during the contract period even after the cancellation procedure.

1. Access the subscription page and select 'Add to Permission List'
2. Directly enter the URL of the top screen of the YouTube channel you want to add

Correct: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC starting with channel ID
Incorrect: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC starting with channel ID/xxyyzz

・Open your channel page
・Click '>' in the channel description section
・Click 'Share Channel' at the bottom
・Copy the channel ID

3. It will be approved in about 2 business days after completing the procedure.
