2021.10.13 Press Release
Amadeus Code (Head Office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, CEO: Jun Inoue) announces that it has raised a total of 200 million yen through a third-party allocation of new shares to Nippon Venture Capital Co., Ltd. (NVCC), SEGA SAMMY HOLDINGS INC. (Head Office: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo, President and Group CEO: Haruki Satomi), Mr. Susumu Furukawa (former President and Chairman of Microsoft Japan), existing shareholder World Innovation Lab (WiL), and others.

Amadeus Code raised funds through issuing Class B preferred stock to further the globalization of both platforms and expand services in Japan.
Amadeus Code will continue to accelerate its growth through the support of partners with abundant experience in investment and business operations in Japan and overseas, including SEGA SAMMY HOLDINGS, which owns a wealth of global IP, and Mr. Susumu Furukawa, former President and Chairman of Microsoft Japan, who has expertise in global business.
