The Product Marketing team oversees the entire user journey on Amadeus Code and Evoke Music and ensures engagement with users in innovative ways, every step of the way in Japanese and English-speaking countries. The team grows both service audiences by finding future users around the world and delivering the right value to them, at the right time. With research, product development, product design, engineering, and marketing all collaborating in one organization, we are able to quickly create meaningful features and services for creators around the world.
We are looking for an engineer to join the team implementing, integrating, and handling marketing platforms and tools used by Amadeus Code and Evoke Music’s marketing teams, internally and externally, specifically with content creators, influencers, and agencies. In this role, you’ll investigate the structure and infrastructure of data that we collect and use for campaign execution, marketing, customer intelligence, and performance optimization.
Work closely with a cross-functional team of product managers, software engineers, analysts, business operations, and marketing professionals to build best in class audience and identity products.
You will collaborate with marketing and analytics teams to implement uniform and consistent taxonomy and data collection practices that yield improved analytics and insights
You will build custom audience segments and manage the delivery of those segments to ad network destinations for paid media targeting and suppression purposes
You’ll anticipate technology needs before they arise, working with the marketing, analytics, and operations teams to find solutions that meet fluctuating and rapidly evolving goals and objectives
You will partner with your Content Marketing, Operations, Insights, and Analytics colleagues to prioritize and execute work and foster a culture of impact and performance
You have experience with tag management, and marketing attribution data, and ad fraud prevention
Experience in Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), Data Management Platforms (DMPs), and identity graph solutions
Highly skilled in database analysis, SQL, and data warehouse solutions such as Google BigQuery
Extensive experience working hands-on as a Software Engineer in an agile environment
Experience working extensively with structured data, schemas, or other SEO tools.
Having worked with or as a social media marketing company, and had email marketing experience, e.g., Iterable, MailChimp, AWeber.
Comfort and familiarity with modern development practices and the development lifecycle with experience using Scrum, Kanban, Lean, or other agile methodologies

Digital Marketing Analyst
The Product Marketing team at Amadeus Code is responsible for marketing technology and data infrastructure, making recommendations to drive revenue growth, optimize spend, and measuring the impact of marketing campaigns across the Japanese and English speaking global markets for 2 services, Amadeus Code and Evoke Music. As a Digital Marketing Analyst within the Product Marketing organization, you will analyze marketing performance results, develop and communicate learnings and recommendations, and drive experimentation to identify growth opportunities. You will be the liaison between the Product Development teams and the Product Marketing team to ensure we have the proper measurement in place for all marketing spend. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will work with numerous partner teams, including Content Marketing, Brand & Buzz, or Channel/Field Marketing.
Analyzing, measuring, and optimizing our marketing investment across performance marketing channels
Drive campaign planning processes and keep a pulse on the latest measurement methodologies to measure the efficiency of spend across all marketing channels
Work with channel and product marketing teams to determine campaign goals (e.g. performance vs. awareness), develop cross-channel measurement plans to ensure results are measurable and actionable
Develop campaign insights to evaluate marketing effectiveness and inform optimization and future go-to-market strategies and decisions
Work with our ad operations, and data engineering teams to ensure measurement capabilities are in place before campaign execution
Provide regular business critical reports on marketing performance, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and timeliness with actionable insights on learnings
4+ years of related experience in marketing campaign and performance analytics
Experience working with marketing measurement tools, including multi-touch attribution, media mix modeling, incrementality testing, matched market testing, and A/B testing
Expertise in marketing concepts and appropriate measurement capabilities across online and offline channels
Experience working on brand lift studies and other types of measurement studies tied to media and marketing campaigns
Familiarity with marketing automation and optimization platforms like Pardot, Active Campaign, Facebook, and Google Ads.
Proficiency with Excel-style spreadsheets, SQL, and data visualization tools like Google Data Studio, Looker, or Tableau.
